- Please arrive 30 minutes before your specified activity starting time at the Skypark Macau Tower Ticketing Counter for ticket redemption. Late check-ins for activities may be delayed.
- To redeem your activity ticket, you are required to present the booking confirmation letter and valid identification at the counter.
- After check-in, you are required to sign a waiver form. The registration process will take approximately 30 minutes. Your actual activity time will be allocated after registration is complete.
- Activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance or safety protocols.
- Activity operations may be temporarily suspended in the event of adverse weather conditions, including (but not limited to) typhoons, strong winds, lightning and heavy rainfall.
- Under normal conditions, we will endeavor to complete your activity between 1-2 hours following successful registration, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- Parental or legal guardian authorization is required for children under 18 years old. They must be present at the Skypark Macau Tower Ticketing Counter with the minor and must sign the waiver form on behalf of the minor. The minor will not be able to enjoy the activity/ies if this is not the case.
- Prior authorizations can be arranged for minors to enjoy activities at Skypark Macau Tower.
- Please note that on major public holidays our operating hours may be extended.
- Tower Climb*: maximum weight 140kg; recommended minimum age 10 years old.
- * Tower Climb is an activity that requires moderate physical stamina and takes approximately 2 hours. We highly recommend you to have a meal or snack beforehand to ensure you have enough energy for the climb.
- The above weight limits include an approximate harness weight of 2kg. All participants must fit into the harnesses to participate in the activities.
- If you are unsure whether your weight meets the requirements, please ask our staff.
- 1. Cancellation and Refund - Regular Booking / Ticket
- Customers must notify Skypark Macau Tower and apply for a refund at least 48 hours before the activity date for a full refund.
- Refunds will not be accepted within 48 hours of the activity date unless they can provide sufficient and valid proof of reasons to determine whether the refund request will be accepted.
- Please note: Depending on the refund procedures of the processing bank, the refund process may take up to 20 working days to complete.
- 2. Cancellation and Refund - Promotional Booking / Ticket
- All the promotional offers do not accept refund requests and can only be rescheduled or transferred, subject to individual promotion Terms & Conditions.
- 3. Change of Activity Date
- In the event of circumstances beyond a customer's control (such as weather conditions, medical conditions, visa issues, transportation delays, etc.), a request to change the activity date may be submitted, provided that valid supporting documentation is presented.
- Eligible situations include, but are not limited to: Severe weather conditions (storm alerts, thunderstorms, lightning, typhoons, etc.); Illness or injury (must be supported by a valid medical certificate); Visa or immigration issues; Delays or cancellations in public transportation; Personal accidents or other emergencies.
- In such cases, we will assess the situation based on actual circumstances and reserve the right to make the final decision.
- Any rescheduling must take place within the year 2026. Blackout dates include January 1, February 17-21, April 3-7, May 1-4, September 26-28, October 1-6, and December 24-26, 31.
- A change of activity date is permitted only once. Customers should ensure they are certain of their new date before making the request.
- Customers must notify Skypark Macau Tower and apply for a change of activity date at least 48 hours prior to the booked activity date.
